Now Hiring: Desktop Publishing Specialist (Remote)
Carclo is hiring a remote Desktop Publishing expert to support ongoing client work. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with professional layout and production workflows, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; strong PDF production skills (preflight, packaging, print-ready PDF/X exports); and confidence working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for client-supplied content. Experience with modern, cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., shared drives, online proofing/review cycles, versioned deliverables) is required, as is the ability to manage assets and revisions across multiple stakeholders. Bonus points for familiarity with AI-assisted production workflows (image cleanup, consistency checks, layout QA) and for experience producing both print and digital deliverables (web-ready PDFs, social graphics, thumbnails, and brand kits).
